My favorite choice that @TheOpen makes each year is to have local players rake the bunkers for each group. It speeds up play and helps keep us older guys moving quicker. @ryanneale92 , you were a stud today. Thank you. https://t.co/IfvGbpLqgu

It’s been said “man will fight for money but die for a medal” #theclaretjug will bring out the best this week!! The focus, mental stress, physical stress, the emotions, the internal battle, the external battle, etc will test these men seeking that trophy. In the end, many will be heartbroken and only one will stand. BUT that’s why they play, for a chance to battle through all those obstacles and be crowned the champion!! @theopen is one of my favorite tournaments. Thankful to be a part of it. #royalportrush is a spectacular venue that should be a regular in the rotation 👍🏼
I’ve been in Northern Ireland for 36 hours and have used the term “wee” when referring to something small, called a guy “mate”, and said “cheers” instead of thank you.
Pretty sure I’ll have a full accent by the end of the week
