As long as it’s harmless and in good fun, there’s nothing wrong with some light-hearted rookie hazing.
There’s nothing like a great prank on a a buddy amongst a group of friends and that applies double for caddies.
In this edition of, ‘Caddie Talk,’ host Michael Collins — America’s Caddie — asked a panel made up of PGA Tour caddies Micah Fugitt, Dave Stone, Kessler Karain and Damian Lopez to open up about their favorite rookie hazing stories from the caddie yard.
As you’ll see, Fugitt has an absolute, all-time classic involving Jordan Spieth’s caddie Michael Greller. And it was all set in motion by a Kip Henley tweet.
I’m not sure if you guys have any idea how much we weekend golfers (maybe once during the week) absolutely love caddie stories. Not just stories, but about the game from the caddie’s point of view.
