2021 AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am Saturday-Sunday rounds best bets and predictions

Sixty-seven players made the 36-hole cut in the 2021 AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am, which fell at 1-under 143, and past champion Jordan Spieth will take a one-shot advantage at 12 under over Daniel Berger into the weekend.

Our resident expert, longtime Tour caddie John Rathouz, likes what he sees on the leaderboard with early-week picks Spieth and Patrick Cantlay (T4 through 36 holes) among the top 5 through two rounds. So what should we expect for the weekend at Pebble in terms of best bets where conditions will be less than ideal?

2021 AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am Saturday-Sunday Best Bets

These are the golfers we like this week when looking at their odds of winning, current form and fit at Pebble Beach.

– Jordan Spieth, +225
– Daniel Berger, +300
– Patrick Cantlay, +450

As you’ll see in the video above, while Rathouz isn’t wavering off his early-week predictions that included Spieth and Cantlay, he also believes the make-up of a player who will excel this weekend will be one who has experience at Pebble in adverse conditions and a seasoned caddie.

Berger could be that player, but Rathouz warns that it might not be wise to overlook like Henrik Norlander (third through 36 holes; +1,000) and his veteran caddie Tim “Smiley” Thalmueller… and he also offers up a dark horse.

Rathouz will be back early next week with his picks and predictions for the Genesis Invitational at Riviera. Check back at The Caddie Line homepage each week for those best bets and fades, plus power rankings from Brian Mull.
