This past week most of the golf world was focused on Bay Hill Club and Lodge for the Arnold Palmer Invitational, where The King was honored by caddies and players alike. Whether it be dressing like him or wearing his trademark multi-colored umbrella pin, everybody had Arnie on their minds throughout the week.

When not on the course playing, players love to pick each other’s brains to learn all they can about the golf swing. Caddie Ted Scott has been stellar on social media as of late, bringing a behind-the-scenes look that nobody else can provide.

For example, this video of his player, Bubba Watson, chatting with colleague Charles Howell III about the science of the swing is fantastic. Except, of course, until things get a little weird.

Getting your swing together can be easier said than done, but when it’s a little off during a tournament the world is waiting to comment. Tyrrell Hatton got ahead of any naysayers following a less-than-ideal approach shot, however, and a camera was close enough to pick up on this hilarious exchange with bagman Mark Crane.

Francesco Molinari would be the eventual winner at Bay Hill, thanks to a super-hot putter on Sunday. He and caddie Pello Iguaran mastered the greens in the final round, leading to Molinari’s third PGA TOUR victory and first since the 2018 Open Championship.
