The Caddie Network can confirm that Matt Kuchar and longtime caddie John Wood are no longer working together.
Wood had been on Kuchar’s bag since 2015 and was on the bag for Kuchar’s win in the 2019 Sony Open in Hawaii, as well as his bronze medal in the 2016 Rio Olympics. Wood also caddied for Kuchar in one Ryder Cup and three Presidents Cups.
Kuchar has his wife, Sybi, on the bag this week in the BMW Championship — the second leg of the PGA Tour’s Playoffs for the FedExCup.
